What you should know:
1. This is EyeSouth Partners’ first partnership in Tennessee. The practice management company provides guidance, resources and capital to its affiliates.
2. EyeSouth was looking for an ophthalmology-practice partner to establish its presence in the state, which it said is a “key growth state.”
3. Each practice features an ASC. The practices will continue to operate independently with no changes to staff, physicians or location.
EyeSouth Partners CMO Eugene Gabianelli, MD, said, “Both practices and ASCs will be great additions to the EyeSouth family.”
