2. La Ronde Medical Centre was redeveloped in 2016 to serve as an outpatient medical campus. The campus features two ASCs and an array of specialty physician practices.
3. Anchor will handle the campus’ asset and property management services.
4. Anchor Health CEO Ben Ochs said, “The asset’s strong tenancy, wide variety of services, and superb location make this an excellent addition to our investment and property management portfolio.
