Anchor Health Properties closed an investment in the 89,000-square-foot La Ronde Medical Centre, an outpatient medical center in Sun City, Ariz.

1. Anchor Health invested in the center through a joint venture with The Carlyle Group.

2. La Ronde Medical Centre was redeveloped in 2016 to serve as an outpatient medical campus. The campus features two ASCs and an array of specialty physician practices.

3. Anchor will handle the campus’ asset and property management services.

4. Anchor Health CEO Ben Ochs said, “The asset’s strong tenancy, wide variety of services, and superb location make this an excellent addition to our investment and property management portfolio. Anchor is excited to partner with the providers at La Ronde Medical Centre with the shared goal of providing quality healthcare to the region.”

5. Anchor now manages more than four million square feet of medical office space.
