Nurse/APN responses:
6. Lied to a patient about a medical error: 5 percent
7. Lied to a patient about their prognosis: 7 percent
8. Lied on behalf of a patient to secure treatment approval or reimbursement: 9 percent
9. None of the above: 61 percent
10. Does not apply: 15 percent
