GOP Leader John Boehner Calls for Repeal of Obamacare

House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) told CBS’s “Face the Nation” he wants to repeal the healthcare reform law and replace it with less intrusive healthcare reforms proposed by Republicans, according to a report by CNS News.

Mr. Boehner, who likely would become House speaker if the Republicans take back control of the House in the November elections, as predicted, said he would keep popular measures like mandating coverage for pre-existing conditions for children and allowing young adults to stay on their parents’ plans until they are 26.
