Lewisville, Texas-based BayMark Health Services acquired Metamorphosis, an opioid treatment program based in Salt Lake City and Ogden, Utah.

2. BayMark will rename the Metamorphosis programs BAART Programs Salt Lake City and BAART Programs Ogden.
