St. Louis-based Ascension Health topped IQVIA’s list of the country’s largest integrated delivery networks for the second consecutive year, with more than 2,100 total facilities.

Here are the top five integrated delivery networks, ranked by total number of outpatient centers:

1. Ascension Health: 1,887
2. HCA Healthcare (Nashville, Tenn.): 1,576
3. Catholic Health Initiatives (Englewood, Colo.): 1,334
4. Veterans Health Administration (Washington, D.C.): 1,271
5. Providence Saint Joseph Health (Renton, Wash.): 1,270
