ASC supply chain tip of the day: Review items in packs

Clear communication can improve supply chain processes for ASCs, according to Westchester, Ill.-based Regent Surgical Health.

Regent shared the following tip on their blog:

“Foster a strong, working relationship with materials management, including a clear line of communication. Packs may be the highest spend product within centers outside of physician preference items. ASCs should review their packs every one to two years.”
