Minnetonka, Minn.-based UnitedHealth Group reported 12 percent year-over-year growth in revenues for the third quarter, reaching $56.6 billion, while Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Optum’s revenues grew by $2.5 billion year-over-year to reach $25.4 billion. Read more.

Nashville, Tenn.-based Envision Healthcare (AmSurg) purchased Decatur (Ill.) Radiology Physicians.

Montecito Medical Real Estate acquired the Willmar, Minn.-based medical office building housing Fischer Laser Eye Center and Janning Ear, Nose and Throat Center.
