KKR’s $9.9B acquisition of Envision (AmSurg) complete

KKR completed its acquisition of Envision Healthcare.

1. Through completion of the merger, Envision is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KKR.

2. Envision stockholders will receive $46 per share as a result of the merger.

3. The $9.9 billion acquisition was announced in June.

4. Following the acquisition, Envision (AmSurg) will have about 300 ASCs in its porfolio.
