Patients, physicians at outpatient clinics dissatisfied with EHRs: 3 key study facts

New research published in the Journal of the American Medical Informatics Association found EHRs left both patients and physicians unsatisfied in outpatient settings.

Researchers collected data from four surveys given to physicians, mid-level providers and non-clinical staff when EHRs were implemented at outpatient OB/GYN practices.
