2. The building was constructed in 1988 as a fitness center and renovated in 2017 to serve as the Retinal Consultants of Arizona’s headquarters.
3. RCA occupies 72 percent of the building. The group rented out the remaining space to Phoenix-based Spectra Eye Institute, a surgery center.
