Here’s what you should know:

1. EPayments enables practices to collect outstanding patient balances and reduce aging accounts receivable through electronic payments.

2. Providers can send automated text or email payment reminders to patients, manage alerts and track payments through the software.

3. Front office and billing staff can use ePayments to set up hardship payment plans.

4. The ePayments platform is part of the AdvancedPatient suite of patient engagement solutions and integrated across AdvancedMD’s Rhythm cloud platform.

“Patients can easily access their outstanding balance, pay in full, submit a partial payment or see their now-due amount from a payment plan, and it’s offered as part of our comprehensive Rhythm platform. This allows patients to pay their bills faster with confidence,” said AdvancedMD Chief Technology Officer Arman Samani.
