Iowa’s Fox Eye Surgery Denied ASC CON by Court of Appeals

Fox Eye Surgery in Iowa had its application for a certificate of need to build an ASC denied by the Court of Appeals of Iowa, according to legal documents on Leagle.com.

The plan was opposed by the Iowa Department of Health, Mercy Medical Center, St. Luke’s Hospital and The Outpatient Surgery Center of Cedar Rapids.

 

This is the fourth denial of Fox Eye’s application for a CON.
