ASC supply chain tip of the day: Give leaders room

ASC leaders need to focus on flexibility to identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities due to operating under slim operating margins, said Stephanie Martin, RN, Regent Surgical Health’s vice president of operations and clinical services.

Ms. Martin published the following tip on Regent Surgical Health’s blog:

“Giving [ASC leaders] the latitude and growth for what they want to achieve can be acutely important in helping centers achieve what it needs overall,” Martin said.
