2. Regional and hospital orthopedics, neurology, oncology and surgical practices, including Galletin, Tenn.-based Patient Partners Surgery Center, make up 40 percent of the portfolio’s leased space.
3. Internal medicine and primary care practices represent 33 percent of the leased space Gastroenterology and women’s health represent 10 percent of the leased space.
4. The remaining space is leased to physical therapy, behavioral health, pain management and imaging providers.
