Three Albany, N.Y.-based provider groups broke ground on an ASC and medical office building in Colonie, N.Y., the Times Union reports.

1. The development will be 54,000 square feet.

2. The development is a joint venture between Albany ENT & Allergy Services, Ortho NY and St. Peter’s Hospital, all based in Albany, N.Y.

3. The development will be situated next to Ortho NY’s Colonie practice.

4. Ortho NY has 10 other locations around the region.
