Surgery center nurse who allegedly stole narcotics indicted — 4 insights

Former nurse Danielle Lynn Langham was indicted on 23 drug diversion-related charges June 26.

1. Ms. Langham was accused of taking narcotic medication from a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based surgery center.

2. She allegedly would take the drugs for her own personal use and refill vials with sterile saline to avoid getting caught.

3. Ms. Langham surrendered her Arizona nursing license in May 2017.

4. She is awaiting trial.
