1. Montecito acquired the building that houses the practice’s 34,177-square-foot headquarters.
2. The building has 25,953-square-feet of medical offices, more than 60 exam rooms and an accredited ASC.
3. Virginia Eye Consultants President John Sheppard, MD, said, “Physicians evaluate patients thousands of times every year, but we sell our professional home perhaps only once or twice in a lifetime.” He said the practice sold the building to Montecito because of the company’s professionalism and availability.
4. Montecito Medical CEO Chip Conk said, “This asset met all of our criteria and is the second medical office property in the Tidewater area of Virginia that our company has acquired over the past four months.”
