1. Mr. Eyles will succeed Marilyn Tavenner, who is retiring.
2. Mr. Eyles has been the company’s executive vice president since 2015. He was promoted to COO in 2017.
3. In the CEO position, he will continue Ms. Tavenner’s vision and mission.
