San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates staying in recently acquired medical office building

San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates signed a 10-year lease to remain in its current space at Medical Center Tower II.

Here’s what you should know.

1. Artemis Real Estate Partners and MLL Capital acquired the medical office building in 2017. Since acquiring it, the groups have conducted major capital improvements to the property.

2. SAGA is the longest-standing gastroenterology group in San Antonio. The practice moved into its current space in 2011.

3. MLL Capital Principal Kyle O’Connor said, “San Antonio Gastroenterology Associates has been an integral part of the San Antonio community since opening its first practice in 1980, and we’re very pleased to accommodate the group’s space needs at this location.”
