1. The partnership between Surgical Affiliates and Regional Medical Center is an effort to enhance care, expand surgical services and attain standards established by the American College of Surgeons.
2. Surgical Affiliates will provide 24/7 emergency surgery service to patients of Regional Medical Center. It offers surgical support in acute care, trauma, orthopedics and neurosurgery.
3. “The partnership enhances the quality of care our surgeons provide to trauma and emergency department patients in our community,” said Regional’s Medical Director of Trauma, Richard Kline, MD.
