1. As chief patient empowerment officer, Mr. Linton will oversee patient-facing employees who are the first point of contact for patients; those who serve as a main contact throughout a patient’s journey; and liaisons with physicians in local markets.
2. Mr. Linton’s role will also involve identifying patients’ interactions. He is responsible for improving the overall patient experience.
3. Prior to joining Laser Spine Institute, Mr. Linton served as vice president of customer experience at Assurant and held leadership positions at AT&T, Bank of America and General Electric.
