1. Mr. Roe jointed Martin Ventures in June 2015, after serving as vice president of finance for Dallas-based Tenet Healthcare. At Martin Ventures, he leads the investment committee and provides insight into portfolio activity.

2. TeamHealth CEO Leif Murphy said, “We are very pleased to welcome [Mr. Roe] to the TeamHealth board of directors.
