Bryan W. Fox pleaded guilty in May to taking $26,000 in cash and gifts bribes from medical supply vendors and awarding them $625,000 in contracts He accepted bribes from July 2007 to June 2009 while on active duty with the Navy.
He has been sentenced to more than three years in prison and ordered to pay $265,963 in restitution.
