1. My. Boyle helped grow Surgery Partners into one of the leading providers of outpatient surgical procedures in the U.S.
2. In a statement filed with the SEC, the board said, “We thank Mr. Doyle for his many years of leadership and for continuing to serve on the Board of Directors to help ensure a successful transition.”
3. Mr. Doyle stepped down as CEO in September 2017. He stayed on the board as director, while the board searched for his replacement.
4. Surgery Partners appointed Wayne DeVeydt its new CEO in January.
