1. Dr. Smith will see patients monthly at the clinic, but will schedule additional dates if demand requires it.

2. After earning his medical degree from New York City-based Columbia University, he completed a residency at Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

3. Dr. Smith worked in New Jersey briefly, before beginning his 20-year tenure at Eye Center of Northern Colorado.

4. He is an American Academy of Ophthalmology, Christian Medical and Dental Society and Colorado Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons member.
