Orlando-based Pain Relief Centers is adding Rick Nieves-Ramos, MD, to its staffs.

Here’s what you should know:

1. Dr. Nieves-Ramos is double board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

2. After earning his medical degree from Columbus-based The Ohio State University, he completed a residency and fellowship at Los Angeles-based Cedars Sinai Medical Center.

3. Dr. Nieves-Ramos is in the midst of developing spinal cord stimulation devices. He is also the only trained interventionist who can perform Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulation in Orlando.
