Board certified in internal medical and gastroenterology, Dr. Schulman is a fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology.
Dr. Schulman was honored by the Muscular Dystrophy Association and has spoken at numerous national conferences and lectures.
After earning his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from Kansas City (Mo.) University of Medicine and Biosciences, Dr. Schulman completed his residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York City. He underwent fellowship training at Tulane University Medical Center in New Orleans.
