While not all ASCs find benefit in corporate partners, companies expect acquisitions to grow post-acquisition. Here are five statistics from the HealthCare Appraisers 2017 ASC Valuation Survey on initial growth expectations post-transaction:
1. From 0 percent to 3 percent growth per year: 14 percent
2. From 3.1 percent to 6 percent growth per year: 48 percent
3. From 6.1 percent to 9 percent growth per year: 14 percent
4. From 9.1 percent to 12 percent growth per year: 5 percent
5. More than 12 percent growth per year: 19 percent
