NCI will give out the funds through two separate awards.
Here’s what you should know:
1. NCI will award $2.4 million to fund three studies related to “Accelerating Colorectal Cancer Screening and follow-up through Implementation Science (UG3/UH3).”
2. NCI will award $600,000 to fund a study related to “Accelerating Colorectal Cancer Screening and follow-up through Implementation Science: Coordinating Center (U24).”
3. NCI designed the grants to promote CRC screening research in target populations below the national standards.
