Here are four key points:

1. Through the deal, Blue Sea agreed to invest in Spectrum Vision Partners, a management services organization. Spectrum Vision Partners provides administrative support to OCLI.

2. OCLI operates Westbury, N.Y.-based Island Eye Surgicenter, a new surgery center with six operating rooms. The ASC has the ability to perform 20,000-plus procedures per year.

3. OCLI physician partners will maintain their roles within the group and will have ownership in Spectrum Vision Partners.

4. In its existing market, OCLI will continue operating under its current name.
