Here’s what you should know:
1. Through the agreement, 500,000 Michigan residents will have access to the coflex Interlaminar Stabilization device.
2. Coflex is a nonfusion, motion-preserving, FDA PMA-approved lumbar spinal stenosis treatment.
3. The device can be used in conjunction with decompression or to replace spinal fusion.
Paradigm Spine Chairman and CEO Marc Viscogliosi said in a release, “With over 85 peer review published articles, including landmark five year follow-up studies, medical society guidelines, and now with additional commercial insurance coverage, it is wonderful to be able to expand patient access to the coflex technology.”
