AHRQ: These 12 states provide the highest quality healthcare

HHS’ Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality released its 2016 National Healthcare Quality and Disparities Report consisting of data from 2014 to 2015. In the report, the agency measured U.S. healthcare quality on a quartile scale.
