2. BHT Group reported revenues of $24.5 million on May 31, 2017 on a year-over-year basis.
3. Cantel is acquiring BHT Group’s range of automatic endoscope reprocessors and its advanced endoscope storage and drying systems through the acquisition.
4. Cantel’s President and CEO Jorgen Hansen said the acquisition will make Cantel Medical Group Germany’s endoscope reprocessing market leader.
5. Cantel expects the transaction to close in Aug. 2017.
