Here are three notes:
1. The complex will house a surgery center.
2. In addition to the surgery center, the facility will include primary care, laboratory services, cardiac care and OB/GYN services.
3. Philadelphia-based Rothman Institute Orthopaedics providers will offer care at the complex in early 2018.
