1. Mr. Cuomo is requiring payers in the exchange to guarantee the 10 essential health benefits guaranteed through the ACA.
2. Mr. Cuomo said in a statement, “We will not stand idly by as ultra-conservatives in Washington try to roll back the progress we have made to expand access [to] quality, affordable healthcare, putting our most vulnerable New Yorkers at risk.”
