UnitedHealth Group is shutting down its Harken Health subsidiary, the Minnesota StarTribune reports.

1. Harken Health sold policies featuring unlimited primary care through Harken clinics in Atlanta and Chicago.

2. UnitedHealth Group started the subsidiary in 2016.

3. Harken Health lost $63.7 million in 2016. UnitedHealth Group invested $160 million into the company.

4. Analysts referred to Harken’s business model as “innovative.” The model included offering unlimited no-copay access to primary care through its company-run health centers in addition to having several free lifestyle classes.
