1. The $35 million building will also include two operating rooms, an expanded emergency department, medical office space, 14 observation beds and a helipad.
2. The facility is 85,000 square feet.
3. Sentara expects construction to end late next year.
4. The outpatient center has plans to build four new medical office buildings, an urgent care center and a parking deck in the future depending on resident demand.
