Indianapolis-based Anthem declared a $0.65 first quarter dividend paid to eligible shareholders on March 24, 2017.

1. The rate represents an annualized dividend of $2.60 per share.

2. Shareholders of record on March 10, 2017 are eligible for the dividend.
