Two California ASCs to Merge

Cypress Surgery Center and Visalia Center for Ambulatory Medicine and Surgery, both in Visalia, Calif., will merge their ASCs in August, according to a Visalia Times-Delta report.

The surgery centers will merge staff and locations, with the new entity occupying the current Cypress space.

The new ASC will be called Sequoia Surgery Center.
