Schroder Investment Management Group increased its stake in Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates by 11.6 percent during the third quarter of fiscal year 2016. Schroder Investment Management Group’s total stake in SCA totals $21.39 million.
SCA CEO and Chairman Andrew Hayek will present on the company’s earning guidance for 2017. He will announce the guidance at the J.P. Morgan 35th Annual Healthcare Conference on Jan. 9, 2017, in San Francisco.
Mizuho analysts downgraded Nashville, Tenn.-based AmSurg shares from a “buy” to a “neutral” rating. Mizuho has a $71 price target on AmSurg shares.
Nashville, Tenn.-based Surgery Partners shares increased 8.42 percent on Dec. 21, 2016. The recent gains boosted the company’s market cap to $749.13 million.
