1. One to four hours: 11 percent
2. Five to nine hours: 22 percent
3. 10 to 13 hours: 36 percent
4. 15 to 19 hours: 13 percent
5. 20 to 24 hours: 11 percent
6. 24 or more hours: 7 percent

Self-employed surgeons

1. One to four hours: 14 percent
2. Five to nine hours: 30 percent
3. 10 to 13 hours: 31 percent
4. 15 to 19 hours: 11 percent
5. 20 to 24 hours: 4 percent
6. 24 or more hours: 9 percent
