Clinical Genomics appoints 4 new experts to leadership team

Bridgewater, N.J.-based Clinical Genomics, a biotechnology company focused on colorectal cancer diagnosis, has appointed four new hires to its leadership team.

Here are the four additions:

1. Laurie Huard, now the company’s COO, previously served as the vice president of operations at Helomics, a molecular diagnostics company focused on personalized healthcare.

2. Karol Ford, now the company’s vice president of sales and marketing, previously worked with Progenity, a genetics reference laboratory.

3. Tania Obranovich, PhD, now the company’s vice president of intellectual property, legal affairs and compliance, previously practiced as a partner at an intellectual property firm in Australia.

4. John Alsobrook II, PhD, now the company’s clinical laboratory director, previously served as the chief science officer at DermTech, a molecular diagnostic dermatology company.

Clinical Genomics is gearing up to launch a two-gene circulating tumor DNA blood test for postoperative monitoring of colorectal cancer.
