Medical Facilities Corporation issues 150th consecutive dividend payment

Medical Facilities Corporation recently paid stockholders a dividend of $.09 per share that will be payable Oct. 17.

This marks the company’s 150th consecutive dividend payment.

Medical Facilities owns a controlling interest in in four surgical hospitals in Arkansas, Oklahoma and South Dakota and an ASC in California.
