Healthmark adds single-use gown to product line: 3 notes

The Fraser, Mich.-based medical supply manufacturer Healthmark Industries has added a new single-use gown to its personal protection equipment product line.

Here’s what you need to know:

1. The product is a single-use, full-frontal barrier gown. It is 50 inches in length with full-length sleeves.

2. The gown is made with latex-free recyclable polyolefin.

3. Healthmark Industries developed this gown to meet the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, which requires employers to protect workers who are exposed to blood and other infections materials.
