Vancouver-based Southwest Washington Surgery Center recently was accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Here’s what you should know.

1. The surgery center was founded in 1998 and is additionally accredited by Medicare and the Washington Department of Health.

2. The center’s focus is in orthopedics, neuro-surgical, gastroenterology, pain management, general surgery and ENT.

3. The center is jointly owned by Rebound Orthopedics/Neurosurgery and Peace Health.
