5 key points on Kaleida Health’s new $2.7M ASC

On July 14, Buffalo, N.Y.-based Kaleida Health will host an open house for its new ambulatory surgery center, Southtowns Surgery Center, also in Buffalo, according to The Buffalo News.

Here are five key points:

1. The 18,000-square-foot ASC will feature four operating rooms, 24 pre- and post-op bays as well as seven secondary recovery areas.

2. The project costs $2.7 million.

3. The ASC’s surgeons will offer orthopedic and general outpatient surgical services.

4. Southtowns Surgery Center will start accepting patients in two weeks.

5. Kaleida Health will host the open house from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
