1. The hospital, UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, will also include an ASC.
2. The project is nearly 212,300 square feet.
3. UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital will have 53 inpatient beds, and will have room to expand to more than 100 beds.
4. The ASC and hospital are slated to open in 2017.
