2. Forum presenters will offer advice on consumer engagement, provider contracting and population data-adapted care coordination models.
3. The presentations will also touch on ways to offer coverage at lower costs.
4. Payers who are still experiencing difficulties in adapting to the marketplace will hear how successful payers adjusted.
