1. Health Navigator is a comprehensive digital health platform that aims to improve the telehealth experience for patients and physicians.

2. The Health Navigator platform consists of the following components that provide enhanced digital diagnostic experiences:

  • Coded chief complaints
  • Natural language processing
  • Clinical documentation support
  • Diagnosis engine

3. Health Navigator customers include medical call centers and answering services, consumer eHealth companies, telemedicine providers, physicians and medical students and EHRs.

4. In 2015 alone, there were approximately 800,000 online consultations in the United States. Among those patients using telehealth technology, 67 percent said the experience positively influenced their overall satisfaction with the healthcare system.

5. Also in 2015, 73 percent of employers provided their workers with telehealth options within their health plans.
